World Wide Automotive Service

Five years ago, we were fortunate to be referred to Worldwide Automotive Service shop. Our daughter had just moved to the area and faced an emergency situation with a sunroof that would not close and an impending rainstorm. We were so impressed with the receptionist and then with the service manager and their technicians who completed the repair swiftly and reasonably. We have continued to use them on an ongoing basis for all services on her German Car and have complete faith and trust in this company. I had a very old Volvo & was planning a long road trip. I took it to World Wide because I needed a true assessment of its condition, which I received in great detail. They explained what was worth fixing & what wasn’t. For the issues not worth fixing , they told me exactly what to expect as the issues worsened. And while it wasn’t really road worthy enough to drive cross-country, it was safe & likely to last a year or more of local driving. And they even recommended a good replacement vehicle. World Wide gave me the honest assessment that I needed, and I am grateful.

My older model Mini was ailing and had developed an odd sound even I as a relatively experienced "shade tree" mechanic was not able to isolate, so I took my beloved Mini to World Wide as they did a great job on the 100K typical stuff (water pump, timing chain, etc.) There were a number of issues they diagnosed and repaired. They are not inexpensive, BUT the folks are VERY personable and knowledgeable. The take a through look, provide a detailed estimate for approval and you decide what you want done. I'm happy to say my Mini is happy again, but also facing a turbo replacement in the not too distant future. I'll likely have World Wide tackle that as well. For what I paid I could probably have bought another used Mini, BUT wit hsimilar issues. I love my old Mini, so I had it repaired. I kn

I had car issues during my trip to Bloomington. As I was from out of town, I did not know where to turn. The reviews for World Wide Auto were very good and thank goodness I called. Zach was very helpful and calming. I brought my car in and he identified the issue right away. He also helped get the repair done that day, which was a very busy day. The costs were in line with the estimate. I picked my car up in the afternoon and was able to return home to Chicago later that day. I am very grateful to World Wide Auto.

After many experiences at other vehicle businesses I will not take my car anywhere else but World Wide Motors. They are professional, accommodating and they never complained about my tardiness. Clean facilities had me feeling at ease. Great business!! Thanks guys!!
