Miracle Car Wash

Jimmy is AMAZING!! I have had multiple issues ever since I received a new membership here a few months ago. I did do the troubleshooting methods given to me by other members who all been pleasant by the way... I appreciate Jimmy's lil extra customer service this evening! This man deserves a raise.... Real talk! 😊

I purchased a membership online a month ago, but I still don’t understand how to use the car wash. I have come to the staff several times asking for electronic access, but they didn’t seem to understand what was required. Each time I arrive, I can’t get into the wash even though I keep paying for it. This is a problem. However, I do like the car wash itself. If the issue is not resolved, I may have to switch to another chain. P.s. After a month, my issue was finally resolved. I really like this car wash — it’s high quality and very convenient.

I used the wash off Middlebrook, and as I pulled in to enter my payment, I was nicely surprised that the screen allowed you to select the height based on what vehicle you are in. The car wash tunnel was easy to line up your tires, and the attendant was smiling as he lined you up. This location provides you treated towels and is part of your car wash purchase. They did great and did not streak the glass. Once done, they have return buckets at each vacuum spot so you can quickly get back to your day. The vacuums were good and the lot was very clean. I have a wash membership at another car wash, and I am considering swapping to Miracle.

It's convenient for me because I live nearby, good service, but when the lady in charge is there she has no patience, I drive slowly so as not to damage my vehicle but it seems that she is bothered when I am careful.

The car wash process was beautiful with the different colors or foam and light it felt like a dance party. The vacuums did not suck either, no pun intended. They cleaned the dirt, hair, and anything else that was stuck in the cracks and crevices of my car. They also had a floor mat cleaner and glass cleaner towels, which I was not expecting. On top of that the coworker offered to scrub my plastic mats that could not go through the mat cleaner. 10/10 recommend and I will definitely be going again.
