Mirror Image Auto Body

My Honda CRV was rear-ended in July and I brought it to Mirror Image for repair. When I got my car back it looked (looks) absolutely fantastic – beautiful really. I'll echo what I said to Jason a few years ago when I brought in my very old Toyota Camry to have a door handle fixed : Mirror Image is a top notch business. In fact, these folks could write the manual on how a business should be run. Great people, great communication, great work, and great efforts on behalf of the customer. As lousy as it was to get rear-ended and realize how damaged my car was, I still took great comfort right away in knowing that my repair work would be done at Mirror Image.

Excellent experience w/ Mirror Image. Fantastic customer service and professionalism. Owner and dedicated employees made the repair incredibly easy start to finish and took the headache out of the situation of having to have your vehicle repaired in the first place. Coordinated rental car, handled all paperwork, took initiative. I simply dropped off my vehicle and then came back to pick it up when it was ready, which was on time. Perfect experience.

WOW! The team at Mirror Image did an amazing job fixing up the front end of my S7. After 100k miles the front end was peppered with rock chips everywhere and the bumper was peeling clear coat off due to a poor repair some time before I owned it. As a detailer by trade they knew I was particular about my car and they delivered exactly what I was looking for, even calling me after I dropped it off to explain how they could resolve a few more things I hadn’t noticed and got it all fixed at the same time. You get what you pay for, and I’m thrilled with the outcome.
