Route 33 Auto Repair

Sam and his crew are great. They have helped me out on more than one occasion and just did quite a bit of work for me on my truck. They had a steering rack and rear shocks installed in a day and the price was more than reasonable. Great auto repair shop!

Staff are very friendly and accommodating, but they severely overtorqued my lug nuts, which begs the question, what else did they overtorque? Most car owners probably don't know or care why torquing to the factory spec is important, but too many shops these days don't do their due diligence, whether they're dealer service shops, 3rd party chains, or independent mechanics, resulting in broken bolts, warped rotors, and other damaged components. I pay a mechanic because I don't have the time or energy to maintain and repair my own car anymore, but how can I trust anyone with my car when no one will do the job right anymore.

I can't say enough good things about this place. We were traveling from Maine to NY state because of a family emergency. Our car broke down, and I just Googled auto service near me. I called, Sam said he didn't have towing, but he recommended 2 places that did. We had the car towed in and I explained the situation to him - we needed to get to NY, would need a rental, and would like to pick the car up on our way back home. He not only agreed, but drove us to the car rental. I called the next day, and he had already started repair work. When I called the next day, the car was ready for pickup. He even replaced the tail light that I had intended to replace when we got to our destination.

Sam is an absolute blessing hes done over $3,000 in repairs for me always in impeccable timing hes a pro at what he does and he cares about people not just prices ,its the only person I want working on my car

Sam and his team at Rt. 33 Auto Repair are amazing!! I highly recommend this place. I’ve had them work on my Toyota Tundra several times and have nothing but top notch service. They are fair and honest, when other places want to take advantage of you. I will forever use this shop and am happy to share my above and beyond experiences with this place!
