My first visit to Mission was a very good experience. Time was taken to put together a detailed estimate of what was needed to fix my car. There were no surprises and my car was ready earlier than I was originally told. The staff was very easy and friendly to work with. I’ve been asked to bring my car back in for a follow up check on the work that was done. All in all very positive. I would recommend Mission without hesitation.

Had rats climb up in my engine and chew through a bunch of cables. The technician was great about taking pictures of the damage and showing me the nest and what needed to be done to get it fixed. The whole team from the front desk to the technicians in the garage were all very nice and knowledgeable. Definitely will be going back for any future repairs.

These people are deceptive. I've had them work on both of my sons subaru. Needed and alignment. Both times was told needed camber bolts in front and on one needed a rear control arm. I did the camber bolt was told that would make it right on the first car and it did not. In fact son took car to shop in Kennesaw and had alignment done right. Second car we knew it needed part for rear of car but they said the front alignment would be good and got rear as good as it could geymt. Today I called because the front tires are completely worn out. They basically told me to bad. They insist they told me it would be that way. I dont think I would have paid 300$ for repair on front if I thought it wouldn't fix it. I highly recommend you dont deal with these people. Dishonest and charges are to hig

Mission Tire is amazing. You can always trust their work and they have NEVER tried to up sale additional services. They are friendly and efficient.

They were just amazing. I have a stupid rare tire that no one has and got a flat on my way to Court. Mrs. Robert’s went above and beyond to help me find a solution. The customer service was exceptional. And also had a great laugh when they showed me what they pulled out of my tire 😂🤦🏽‍♂️
