Mister Car Wash

I had concerns with my wash that I submitted via the auto system that asked for feedback. Within 20 minutes, site manager D Payne reached out to discuss my concern. He was kind and understanding and made note of my feedback to improve the services for next time. I want to acknowledge that the attendant was pleasant and inviting as well. All and all it was a small issue that required a second wash, but I felt that it was handled very well. I will be back and do recommend this location to others.

I’ve tried this Mister Car Wash location 2x now and I’m not impressed. My truck has been dirty both times. They don’t scrub the tailgate before entering the wash & I did the base wash plus (to get tire shine). When you look at the pictures you’ll probably say, “what tire shine.” It’s spotty at best.

I had a great experience at Mister Car Wash today! The service was fast, professional, and my car looks spotless. I especially want to thank Autumn and all stuff for their outstanding customer service. She was very kind, friendly, and helpful from the moment I arrived. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was satisfied. It’s rare to see someone who truly cares about customers the way she does. Because of Autumn, I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location!

I usually go to the other car wash down the street from this Mister location on Buford Dr, but I decided to come back. I’m very sad about the free towels ($1 charge) and cleaning supplies being gone but Ross made my visit here very pleasant! I wasn’t pleased with my initial wash but Ross made up for it and I truly appreciate him. I will be a regular at Misters again just because of Ross kindness and helpfulness! I’ve been to other locations and they were not accommodating or helpful at all.

I just moved to Georgia, and of course I’m still a loyal “Mister Car Wash” customer. Today I met Mike, Bella, and Autumn — they only spoke with me for a a few seconds , but they had no idea how much their kindness brightened this challenging season for me. Great team. Great car wash.
