Mister Car Wash

Such a good investment! I love being able to go everyday and keep my van clean. The employees are always so friendly and nice. It's in a convenient location. The vacuums are amazing!! So happy I finally decided to get the membership. I started with the lowest one and currently have the middle.

Unfortunately, I will not be going back because of the pressure from employees about getting a membership. I used to have a membership, but didn't go enough to justify it anymore. I've been a Mister Carwash customer for years. Now though, every time I go, I have to listen to a pitch about getting a membership and this latest time the employee stayed the entire wash choice experience at the gate. I felt awkward having to choose my carwash while he was waiting there to select it for me and then Mister also added a tip screen, so it was awkward again as the employee says "how much would you like to tip", waiting so he can select it for me. After I get done with work, I just want to get my car washed and go home- not feel pressured into memberships, upgrading to a higher wash, and now tipping.

I love the newer Champlin location!! The attendant that was spraying off all the vehicles entering did a FABULOUS job on my car, the truck in front of me, and I'm sure all of the vehicles she washed today. Thank you sooooo much for getting all the way up under the wheel wells and frame and the entire back! I could tell you take pride in your job. I just want to make sure you know that it is very much appreciated!! Have a very Merry Christmas and a safe and Happy New Year!!

Why is ZERO Stars not an option? Have had MANY problems with this specific location over the years (Vacuums always broken or clogged, Never cleans the back of the vehicle, dryers do not dry the car) but this past Sunday was the final straw. My wife had her vehicle in the wash, when in the middle of the conveyor, the wash stopped. When it resumed, it pushed my wife's vehicle into the back of another. The result was a cracked bumper. They have offered ZERO help to remedy the solution, instead blaming it on the car in front of my wife's. It should be the responsibility of the operators to ensure that cars are not so tightly packed that this is even a possible outcome. DO NOT USE THIS WASH or risk having this happen to your vehicle!

We pay a monthly fee x2 for the best car wash. And the tire Shine feature in the car wash has been down for weeks. Do we get a discount?
