Mister Car Wash

This car wash acts like they are going out of business and need every penny. I was treated like a criminal when I drove back up to the front showing them that the back end of my truck wasn't washed. The manager told me they don't give rewashed and if I wanted a better wash for my truck then I should purchase a monthly pass or purchase the premium package. I said I did order the premium wash and he told me bummer you need to wash your truck more often. I was not impressed with them , no towels, no extra anything, and they only had 4 vacuums that were working, I won't ever go back to a place that has so little respect for their customers.

Even after the fact that I ran my truck through the car wash. Had to wipe down the back tailgate because it was still dirty.

Chris refunded my money and heard me out about 20th being lazy about customer service AND their machines being so rough it damaged my paint noticeably. I'm no Karen I promise but I am dissapointed in the machines and the customer service at 20th. I can only imagine how much that place makes and I tip out the spray washers to.

I’ve been a loyal member, but after today I’m done. Went through the wash at the West Main location, parked at the vacuum, and the employee rudely told us they were closed—even though the OPEN sign was still on. We had just renewed our membership, and that’s the service we got. Very unprofessional. I’ll be canceling memberships for all six of my vehicles.

Fast and thorough. The guys that spray and dry are awesome and friendly. I have a black car and you can tell if a wash doesn't cut it. Went in very dirty and came out very shiney! No film or streaks. Nice job!
