Mister Car Wash

Just canceled my membership. The system they use of two gates to entry just funnels people into the wash faster, without speeding up the wash itself. People cut in front of one another, and they often don’t know who goes when. There is a sign next to the wash entry which advises drivers that they will try to remove as much ICE as possible. Not sure why the word “ice” is capitalized… are they implying Immigrations and Customs Enforcement? They don’t even try to remove slush and ice from the bottom. Honestly I’ll settle for ANY ice being removed. My package is the titanium - meaning that I am paying for an underbody cleaning too - but the vehicle always leaves with slush on the bottom… only now, it’s frozen solid. Why am I paying $40/month for a headache when it doesn’t even work?

This particular location does a pretty good job of getting your vehicle clean. I’ve definitely been through other car washes that have not done near as as job as this one. Great staff! I have noticed through the different Mister car wash locations that some dry your vehicle better than others. The Cascade location east of Grand Rapids seems to do about the best job that I’ve experienced at the different locations. Hard to explain, but I think that location has more equipment inside that car wash. There is an extra cloth roller beyond the driers at the very end that seems to buff your vehicle on its way out of the building.

Always fantastic service! I’m so glad I got the pass! Washing my car is so convenient, and not such a “chore” now. And now when my husband takes my car, he doesn’t have an excuse not to swing it by LOL jk!

Be aware of scams from this company and any Mister Car Wash locations. They signed me up for a subscription and monthly reoccurring charges that I did not authorize or agree to. If you use this car wash, pay in cash. They will take your credit card information and charge you without consent. My opinion, do not go to this company, they will steal your information.

I never write reviews but I had to with this. I pulled in and was having an issue paying for my car wash and a gentleman came out and told me I needed to click the wash as he did it, clicked a $5 tip (highest option without asking me) as he took my car and swiped it then proceeded to walk away and say have a good day. I always tip well but no one should take someone’s card and choose their own tip without consent. Just appalling.
