Mister Car Wash is by far the best car wash I’ve found. I’ve tried quite a few different car washes, and this location consistently stands out for its service and friendly staff. From the moment I pull in, someone is always there waving and welcoming me in, making the whole experience feel organized and smooth. While I’m being scanned in, the team actually takes the time to ask how my day is going, which is such a nice personal touch you don’t see everywhere. Everyone there is always pleasant, helpful, and genuinely friendly. It’s clear they care about customer service and making sure people have a good experience. I’ve posted reviews in the past to compliment the business for its service. Unfortunately, I am changing my review from five stars to one star. I purchased the titanium wash for my Jeep Wrangler the vacuums work great but the wash missed a few spots in the back and my tires did not get the full shine. However, when I asked to have it re-washed I was told I had to purchase another one. In the past, I have never had to purchase a second wash because they missed a spot. This is very disappointing. It’ll be a while before I ever come back. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

LOVE this car wash. I was in recently and had the pleasure to deal with Emily, she is one of the managers. Emily was very friendly, professional. She explained the different types car wash memberships they have and even helped me decide which one was best for me and helped me get signed up. I highly recommend Mister Car Wash, especially this location. All the employees are very polite and helpful.

You know when you go to these car wash places and you almost expect one of the "free vacuums" not to be working. So, I came to this Mister Car Wash and while cleaning my car the vacuum stop working. Instead of moving my car to the next parking space, I decided to get help from someone who works here. Well guess what, I got the right one! JR took this vacuum apart in 5 different places to get it to work! And I really appreciate it. You got to love when someone knows how to do their job well!

I drive a black 2015 Porsche Cayenne S turbo. When your car is black and high profile like mine, every spec of dust is noticeable. This car wash has some shiny clear coat that makes any car no matter the model look super shiny. Honestly, I have no ulterior motive for saying this. The only negative would be they don’t give towels. $40 a month for the works isn’t bad at all. Not for how great the car looks after it’s washed. The clear coat lasts for like 4 days. I get out and shine it up, wipe the rims, make it look close to brand new. My advice is get the clear coat because it lasts
