This car wash is absolutely wonderful! My car came out looking spotless and the service was outstanding. Nick is truly one of a kind — his warm personality and genuine dedication to every customer is something you rarely come across. You can tell he takes real pride in his work and it shows in everything he does. His team follows his lead and delivers an exceptional experience from start to finish. I have nothing but positive things to say about this car wash!! I was visiting from Arizona and needed my car washed! I had so many bugs on my car and my car came out so clean! The people there were so nice! Especially Nick, he was so helpful and he truly cared about giving good service! We need more hard working people like him! I definitely recommended anyone who needs a car wash to go here!

Nick was amazing! When I initially drove in his smiling face and friendly wave greeted me. He made me excited for my first time here! He was knowledgeable and sper helpful about explaining the different packages as well! 10/10 would recommend coming while Nick is here he may make your day brighter!!!

Update: They said to email them, I actually did before posting this review, and now 3 business days later still no reply... More proof they don't deserve your business. Original: Fraud and false advertising sucks... Offers a 50% off Titanium wash as an introduction, got the email today March 01, pull in, it expired last month ... No management on duty, the guy at the podium is just shrugging ... I wanted something a little closer than WhiteWater on Parmer, but at least they honor their promotions, and have leadership on site when open. Thank you for sending me back to WhiteWater. Y'all suck (with the exception of that one guy who was picking up trash the other day and was super nice).

Took my brand new, mint condition (used car) here for first car wash and the premium wash supposedly the best that’s supposed to protect paint, took off paint that I still have yet to confirm was from a previous owner or the dealership. They did a quick subjective assessment and deamed the whole car would have been damaged if it was their equipment that did anything. So they didn’t find it odd that their equipment or product messed up a perfectly in tact car. This place is a joke and I will be in touch for a real solution because this was unacceptable
