Best experience I’ve ever had. The attendant (Frankie?) took the time to spray the wheel wells on both sides of the vehicle as well as the back windows. I’ve never had anyone do that before and he did so with a smile. I actually gave him a “thumbs up“ for his attention to detail.

My truck was beyond filthy from running through the mud out in the sticks, they took their time and went above and beyond with the pre-wash to ensure my rig was cleaned thoroughly. Highly recommended for fast, efficient, quality service for your money!

I went in with a dirty car and came out with a still mostly dirty car. This is frustrating, but I could deal with it. I am rather upset to see that the gentleman gave himself a tip without asking. I was planning to tip anyway, but without asking is quite rude. Hopefully they start spraying the back of vehicles off to create better cleaning and also train their staff to be polite.

They will not cancel or refund a pending payment if you want to cancel your membership. When I called to cancel the support lady was fairly aggressive and wanted a reason why. I had been an unlimited member for a long time. How I'm treated when I cancel, determines if I ever come back and resubscribe. Having a zero refund policy is a business killer for me, it shows extreme short sightedness. Milking that last payment > then returning customer subscription.

They don't scrub the tailgate anymore and this is what you look like when ur done with the wash. Not to say how scratched ur vehicle gets from their washes. And I'm not the one who's supposed to be contacting you regarding if the fixing of the problem. You need to be contacting me instead to make things right. This is not the 1st time tailgate doesn't get washed properly. This happens on every wash all over town.... Only fix is to scrub the tailgates by hand. And get rid of your plastic washers... Put microfiber and spray vehicle down few times before starting to scrub to avoid scratching the cars.
