Amazing customer service and installation of our custom shower door. They were literally the 3rd time the charm after trying 2 other contractors who gave us wrong measurements causing us to order a door that didn't fit and have to return, and one that never got back to us to measure. They came early measured and installed as scheduled. Out shower looks amazing.

I began calling and sent my first email on August 3, 2023 regarding replacing glass. The person I spoke with was very nice, but I never received a phone call back after multiple phone calls to follow up with our quote they were supposed to send. I can only assume they did not want to do the particular job I was requesting the quote for. I would have completely understood had they just been up front with me. Even if they were delayed for other reasons, I would have appreciated just one phone call back.

Best customer service in town! Took the time to find an exact hardware color I was looking for my shower door. Installed on time and very professional! Highly Recommend!

Called for an estimate twice in the last 3 weeks. I was never given an appointment time. The only answer I could get on scheduling was " it's in the basket and he'll call you when he can". I won't call them back or refer them. I'm also in a trade industry and come in contact with customers all day. I have not hesitated to pass on my experience .

Called every glass shop in town and these folks were the only ones that would answer their phone. Placed my order over the phone and my order arrived at their shop about a week sooner than expected. These folks were super friendly, knowledgable in their field, and patient while i described my dilemma. Thanjs mitchell glass company! Im one happy customer!
