Mitchell's Auto Glass Services

Mitchell's provided absolutely great service when my car's passenger side window got shattered during a lawn care incident. They were kind enough to give me a ride to the local bookstore while waiting for service, and even then the service didn't take too long and it was reasonably priced. Highly recommended for the Rome area!

Hard working, honest, people here. I called to make an appointment and inquire about services/prices and they were very upfront and disclosed the prices should anything go wrong in the repair process. When I arrived to drop the car off, they explained everything they were going to do and asked questions where needed. They were super friendly and lovely to talk to! I had the same people re-glue my rearview mirror a few years ago and Rome is lucky to have such a great auto glass shop nearby. Reasonable prices and great people. Couldn't recommend them enough!

The moment I called them to when I arrived and being serviced, they have been so friendly. Not only did they replace my auto window the very next morning but their prices were less expensive as well. I see Mitchell’s positive reviews here, and so I’m one more confirmation that the reviews reflect the good business they run.

I went to another glass repair place in Rome and was quoted $50 higher than Mitchell's. The man at the other business was a bit cold with me and did not make me want to take my car there. I took my car to Mitchell's and the man working there was very nice and did the work for cheaper and very fast. He was also trust worthy. I accidentally left my purse in the car while he worked on the window and it was just as I left it when I got the car back. The shop might look a little sketchy on the outside but the people are nice and they seem to do good work. Plus I felt better supporting a small business than a larger one that rips people off. Take your car here and support the little man.
