They charge whatever they want!!! Setup cruise control and turning off automatic shut off , they charged as 2h labor. When i said to the Service Advisor Estela Chavez about that same type of service Volvo dealer in AR charge 1h of labor, she said : Some of us charge 2h some 1h.(as a 2 lines of service) + 43$ for Misc. We use M & K for our repair and service needs on our 2019 Mack and so far every repair and service has been done to our satisfaction. The entire service is friendly, approachable and easy to talk with. They have even done an unscheduled small quick repair on a damaged air line for free to keep us operating. The shop is clean and welcoming with no inappropriate posters, calendars, etcetera found at most repair shops. so far no complaints with these guys, unfortunately not the happiest with our new Mack and the ongoing small but troublesome issues. Always my first choice. Carl is very straight up and keeps me updated on everything. They all do quality work and pull no punches. Great communications, and to care. In my opinion, this is the way all service shops should be run.

The best M&K location in IL, they are prompt, and always giving accurate times. Their customer service is exceptional - especially Estela from the service department.

5 star repair service. I took my 2007 Mack in for high idling. My truck has been repaired, runs great and the price was very Reasonable.
