M&K Truck Centers - South Bend

Would give 0 stars if possible. Brought in two trucks for a "work in" situation. One truck had an appointment the other did not. After 2 days neither truck had been touched. (Minor repair on the appointment truck) after 2 days we picked up the first truck with nothing doen to it. I waited 3 more days for diag and repair on my truck. Still runs the same. They diagnosed bad injector 5hr job took 3days (plus weekend) then they say that's not the problem I have lost compression in a cylinder. "Injector may still have been bad" i was told when I question the original diag. Either way I will not be back with any of our trucks and WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE i have been a mechanic for almost 20 years. 10 years in a shop. My boss was a service writer for many y

Once & never again came in for an ultimate pm... after 3 hours & $617 they said they done...I come check truck out with wheel not grease the differentials not grease I go hook up to trailer then I open hood to check engine the oil cap was not on it...I should've went to Petro Gary indiana better job n service and about $150 cheaper same oil same filters.......Kevin from m&k has reached out to Me & is helping in resolving the issues I had at the south bend location might give them a second chance .. we humans so we all make mistakes

They don’t have hardly any parts in stock (basic stuff at that wheel bearings/seals) and then refuse to give you part numbers so you can get a truck back on the road. Obviously have no interest in helping owner ops get on the road and just want to line their pockets. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Called them to update my abs software with recall letter, they took my truck without any waiting time. Thanks Mark and service team, they all were kind and professional.

Antifreeze lines broke got towed here. Next morning they were able to get me fixed and going by the evening. They had the parts on hand. Might be a little under staff but they were very knowledgeable and polite. Happened about a month ago and still going strong. I would definitely be willing to come back.
