This is my first time going there but I feel so lucky to find them online… my car used to looks like trash from inside and outside but after washing from Mo… OMGGG looks like I’m in brand new car!!! My cleaner name was Drew!!! I want to say thanks to everyone was there!!! Looking forward to seeing you again

Was doing some research for detailers in the area and the reviews for this place speak for themselves. Called on Friday and had an appointment on Saturday for 2 SUV's and Los our detailer did an awesome job and everyone was professional and courteous. I'll be bringing my vehicles back here (:

Truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had! I took my Volvo in to get a wash and wax - it came out looking spectacular. Mo recommended a great wax to keep my car looking nice throughout the summer and was very transparent about his pricing. He let me see my car a few times throughout the process and even explained to me a few of the steps to waxing. In the waiting area/lobby, Mo has body butters, oils and car air fresheners for sale. Because I was a first time customer, I was able to pick any one of these as a complimentary gift. I ended up purchasing extras because they smelled amazing! I will definitely be returning. Stopped by for a standard wash. Before signing in, I asked about wait time. About 1 hour 20mins into waiting, I asked for an update and was told 30 more minutes. At that point I asked for my truck back. I paid $60 for what was supposed to be standard wash which includes vacuuming, light interior cleaning and instead got an exterior wash with tire shine. The interior of my vehicle was never touched. This saddens me as I love to support BB however this experience, I would never go back. 1.5 hour wait for a car wash on a Tuesday at 12pm is crazy. Y’all gotta do better.
