I’ve been getting my car’s oil changed at this place for three years now, and we always use the same oil and perform the same maintenance. On average, I get the oil changed twice a month, so maintaining cleanliness and attention to detail is crucial for me. There’s an employee named Zachary here who is dedicated, meticulous, and always works with a smile. Whenever he handles my car, I have a great experience. However, on the days when Zachary is not available due to illness or leave, I consistently face issues. Today, for example, the other staff members who handled my car left oil around the oil filler cap and dipstick area without cleaning it, which has happened multiple times when Zachary isn’t working. Drive thru oil changes have to be one of my favorite modern conveniences. I really appreciate how quick, thorough and pleasant they are at this particular establishment. I also don’t feel like I’m about to be bamboozled. And I love the free car wash with an oil change.

I've gone there 4 times, im shocked they never changed the oil filter. Claim to be Mobil 1 but for $95 it should include a filter. I do not recommend anyone to go here.

First time here. Wait was short less than 5 mins. Mechanic has knowledgeable and helped with multiple choices. Just a oil and filter change. Maybe 10 mins start to finish. Very clean and very professional. Will be back

Had an oil change done here, drive to work the next day and see this big puddle of oil under the truck. I return to have them look at it, obviously the oil filter is leaking, they tighten it up and tell me I’m good to go. I asked if they could drain the oil and measure 6 quarts back in and they refused over and over again. After paying $95 for full synthetic I’m upset. Clearly now I don’t have 6 quarts in my vehicle and just have to deal with it after paying almost $100. I understand people make mistakes but at least make it right. I’ll never be back and you shouldn’t give them your money.
