Mobil 1 Lube Express

It was a great experience except I went there with my windshield washer fluid all inside and not bothered. When I pulled out the light was on which was odd. I drove around the corner and asked if they forgot to put the windshield washer fluid in. The guy comes out and says I forgot to tell you it’s all pouring out. Wires thing is there was no light on and I was cleaning the dirt and debris off of the windshield before I got there using it. I didn’t like that at all. I watched him place the fluid in as I was standing up watching and moving around. While the guy was working downstairs. It wasn’t until the end of the oil change when he took the under engine cover down to assist the guy in placing it back on that he ran upstairs and started putting more fluid in. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure or upselling — just honest, helpful service. It’s rare to find an auto service center that checks all the boxes, but this place absolutely does. Great people, great service, and great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back — and recommending them to everyone I know.

I was pleased. The technicians handle my oil change professionally. I'm not from the area but decided to stop. While the oil change took place, I looked up the facility in my area and customer's were unhappy.

The car wash in 1425 New Market Ave South Plainfield, NJ 07080 United Statesis not greatly not satisfied every they are in the rash to clean your car not even half of it is clean and the guy kicking me out because they need the spot he told me to move my car and park out there out there where there is no enough parking space when they busy I hope they they change because most of the car wash I went is the same unlimited car wash are not satisfactory
