I’ve taken multiple steps over the last few weeks to get this corrected by other establishments which ultimately resulted in needing a completely new oil change due to using too small of a filter (which I already knew needed to happen when I went in because like I said, I’ve already narrowed down the issue over the last few weeks) However I’m writing this review because as a customer who is experiencing specific issues and looking for specific answers related to the problem (such as why am I leaking oil still after fixing the issue and the oil leak stopped over a week ago but now it’s started again? I just had my tires rotated. They found two lug nuts missing and the others were lose. The last place I was serviced was here. ugh

Went there to get my transmission flushed and fluid changed and my air filter changed. Had a chat with them about how I’ve been taken advantage of because I’m a woman. They took the time to explain everything to me and make me feel like I understood. Also, they didn’t have the air filter I needed in stock. They offered if I went and purchased one elsewhere to change it free of charge. I went and bought one and came back and both bays were full so I had no problem waiting for them to get done but one of the gentlemen came out with the tools they needed and changed it! I insisted I had no problems waiting but he said it was fine! I will definitely be going back to get my oil changes there from now on as well! They were polite, explained everything, and went above and beyond with the air filt

Trash! I asked the guy if they had any coupons and they said no when their own site has a 10 dollar off coupon. Can promise you I nor any of my family will come back!

Polite, were honest about not having the filter my car needed, told me they would do the oil change if I went to get the filter. Brought it back and they had the oil change done quickly and efficiently.
