Stopped here because as I was driving by I remembered I needed a part for my vehicle. When I got inside, the gentleman behind the counter was more than willing to assist me in finding exactly what I needed. I feel he went a little more above and beyond to make sure I had the right stuff. If I'm ever in this area again and need to stop at O'Reilly's I will definitely go to this one.

On Thursday September 18th between 8 and 9 pm we stopped in to get a new battery. I carried the battery in as my husband recently had surgery and can not lift anything. The worker was leaning on the counter playing on his phone. Took him a few minutes to even speak to us. He finally looks up asks what we need I explain a battery. I ask him to test it he says well if i can find the tester. He finds it then says now if I know how to use it maybe I can tell you if its good or bad. He then looks up the make and model and then points over to the batteries says pick one of those. I go over start struggling to get it out of the shelf. I say to the guy yeah my husband had surgery and can't lift anything. He basically ignores that and goes to the counter. I carry it over lift it up on the counter

They got are parts in quick at a fair price!

I worked w/ Tim at this location regarding purchasing the correct new battery for my vehicle as well as the replacement and installation of the battery. Tim was absolutely terrific - wonderful customer service! He's very knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly helpful - both on the phone and in person! After I purchased the battery, he quickly installed the new one and even welcomed me to stay inside while he did so because of the chilly weather. That was a really touch! Highly recommend this location for customer service, pricing and satisfactory experience!
