Ashley and her team at Mobile Auto Clinic were absolutely amazing! They took my daughter’s car in on a Saturday when we were worried the repair might be something serious and expensive because of a leak. Thankfully, they discovered it was simply an oil canister from a previous oil change that hadn’t been sealed or tightened properly. Their honesty meant everything to us. We were in and out quickly, treated with great service, and left feeling completely at ease. I truly appreciate their integrity and professionalism. Highly recommend their team!

I am very happy with my experience with Austin Auto Medic/Clinic's Mobile Mechanic service. From the moment I called, to the moment Ben and I shook hands at the completion of the service, EVERYTHING was positive. His communication was thorough, customer service was fantastic, and the service was convenient! I am so pleased and thankful. He didn't even ask me to leave a review but the service was so good I WANT to! Have been using Mobile Auto Clinic for years. I live in South Austin and they are always so good at working me in quickly when I have a dead vehicle (alternator, starter, or battery work), or just prefer having them do the work in the garage while I work inside (convenient!). They also have a great full service shop in north Austin which I’ve used for more expansive work (oil pan replacement, brakes, etc). The team is always super professional and quotes a fair price. I recommend them all the time.

I have worked with these guys twice now and they are truly awesome. This past time, I called to get a quick diagnostic and met Ben. He went the extra mile while waiting on me to return with a new battery and then thoroughly inspected my daughter’s car. I now feel a sense of relief with her behind the wheel again

I highly recommend this business. The mechanic was able to arrive earlier than expected, was very thorough, explained a lot about my issue and my specific transmission in plain language I could understand. He was very honest and professional. The cost was quite a bit lower than I expected, which was a relief.
