PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! Scammed a then 16 year old out of a car part that isn't even being made anymore 😭 They came over 2 times and said they thought it was the dashboard, so we ordered a new one. Once he took it out (2nd visit), he said he thought the computer was the problem and asked if he could leave the dashboard off (so he didn't have to re take it off next time) and we said yes. It's almost been a year now. He has texted my dad months apart and says he will come and then conventionally can't. He won't even give us a reason why he can't half of the time. I waited so long since he claimed he had issues, but a year with barely any texts is just straight disrespectful, and I know he is still doing stuff because there are reviews from a week or so ago. had a crankshaft sensor go out on me as I was passing through town. I didn't know anyone and wasn't familiar with the area at all. Mike showed up very quick and got the sensor replaced in under 2 hours! I can't thank him enough!

Nice guy very knowledgeable about the issue but I'm not new to this repair game and the price for a diagnostic was only 20$ cheaper than Toyota and at Toyota that 200 goes towards the fix of your vehicle.. 178$ diagnostic is way to high! I just spent 825$ on a starter and a battery, I'll invest in the tools and start to do my own work, I know we all have to make a living but I woke to hard for my $$$ and I know when I'm being taken. My hybrid battery was picked up one month ago. I was charged 900 for him to service it just to tell me he couldn’t do anything with it and I still haven’t received my battery back. Poor communication, do not pay up front ! I been reaching out for a month to get my battery returned and I always get an excuse , last time I called he didn’t even know who I was. One of the worst services I’ve ever received in my life not to mention he came to my home and started chugging a big bottle of Jose Cuervo tequila in front of my home . He is a drunk , unprofessional and will scam you , or overcharge u .Legal action will be taken soon if battery isn’t returned , terrible service and human being
