Mobile Mechanic S&K Mobile Auto Repair

My wife, 3 year old daughter and myself were driving through Phenix City on a Saturday around 7:30pm, when my alternator went out. S&K was quick to arrive, took me to the parts store to grab a new alternator and it was swapped out in under 30 minutes! I drive a 2021 GMC Denali 2500 HD and I have changed the alternator myself, but it took me nearly 3 hours. What I was thinking was going to require an overnight stop turned into a half hour and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend S&K and I would most definitely use them again!

I didn't even get to the point of using their service. For starters whoever answered the phone did it in such an unprofessional manner. He sounded like he was either intoxicated or he had just woken up but either way it was after 12pm. He answered the phone with slurred speech and only said hello. I said hi is this the auto repair company? He then say yeah this is S&K. No hi how are you, hiw may we help you.nothing. When I called I asked about the diagnostic fee. As I had been calling all morning getting quotes to compare prices. He gave me the price and I said ok thank you. Then he started to tell me more about the service, there was a short pause and then he said ok, you know what whatever. And hung up the phone. Like he could have cared less about my business and definelty didn't apprec

Very disappointed!!! Came out for a diagnostic and scheduled to have my car fixed around 10 it’s almost noon and I haven’t gotten a courtesy call or a follow up won’t answer the phone! Highly upset and wouldn’t recommend to anyone who needs urgent car repairs!

Knows what he's doing, repairs are done quickly.
