Mobile Mechanic Winston Salem

Tried calling the number got to a VRU entered my ZIP Code and said cannot connect me to a technician at this time and hung up. Unable to comment on the quality of service could never get connected to a technician.

I had an excellent experience with this company. Having a baby at home, it was so convenient not to have to take my car to the dealership and have a mechanic come to my house. It was easy to schedule, and the gentleman on the phone provided me with all the possible quotes for what my car might need. The mechanic (Deward Jarrell) showed up on time, was a pleasure to work with, worked fast and efficiently, answered all my questions, and I was very happy with his services! Will absolutely use this company again in the future.

I was not told that the mechanic could only accept cash when I made the appointment. While I had the ability to go get the cash, others may not feel comfortable getting in the car with a stranger to go withdraw larger amounts of cash. I know that if it had been my wife stranded on the side of the road without the cash, she would not have felt comfortable riding around with the mechanic to get cash and go buy the part or parts needed to repair the vehicle. All other problems aside, my car was able to be repaired on the spot after I went and bought the part.

I'm broke down on the side of I-77 and after explaining my problem the guy says say ok so you need a tire changed, not even close to what I just explained to him. Then demands an address after explaining twice im on the side of the interstate... unbelievable ill definitely use someone else.

Was told what's already knew! Mechanic was nice and all but I might as well gotten it towed and look at and fix ,what I paid for was advise
