We needed help with getting a bolt loose on our Porsche Cayenne so we could change the battery and Farrel and Jordan came to our rescue and got the bolt off and even went above and beyond and changed the battery for us and everything!! Great company to work with. I knew nothing about what could have been wrong with my car and thought I needed a whole new alternator. They came out and were honest and told me that I just needed a new belt for the alternator. Fast, honest, and nice guys to work with for any of your car needs.

We use the service of this car repair company for many reasons: it is a family business, they are honest (and I mean it 10000%) and quote fairly their labor (time and hourly rate). They are truly knowledgeable professionals and follow up with their clients. Also even with the travel fee (that is reasonable), it is still way worth it than drive to the the dealership and waste hours for a job that sometimes needs only 1h. Mobile Mechanic do not charge fake time like dealerships. I was in a spot of desperation with my parents truck. The old oil filter was torqued on by the last shop too tight and I couldn’t get it off. In my attempt to spin it off the oil filter wrench pierced the filter body and started leaking oil. This meant I needed someone to come to my place as the truck was inoperable. I called several Mobile Mechanics and this was the only shop that answered the phone. The Technician was professional, polite, and was ready to help! I highly recommend this shop and will use them in the future.

I've had Jordan work on my fleet of 8 vehicles. He is very knowledgeable and doesn't nickel and dim you every time you turn around.
