Y’all…. I literally got a new SUV two days ago, originally to see what they had on Monday. They didn’t have what I was looking for. The next day, the man Jay East who was working with me called me back and then said, "Hey, I found one to your liking," and sent me pictures of it. Then this man Jay East said, "Do you have time to go for a test run. I said Well I’m stuck at work. The man literally said You know what I’ll bring the car to your job. Bring the CAR TO ME?!?! Where they do that at? Jay East literally educated me on buying cars, not just selling me on the car. He was not pushy at all. As a first time buyer I was very impressed and yes I haven't even reach 30 years old yet and they do not teach about making big boy purchases in regular school. And literally Jay worked everything

I submitted a credit application several weeks ago...after seeing the inquiries on my credit report and no follow up from the dealership,I called and was advised Chase was my salesperson...asked the person should I send any other documents such as paystubs, id, etc...she said "yes" and provided with an email (I also included my vehicles of interest)..no response from Chase...I decided to rescind the application and then I changed my mind...FINALLY spoke with Chase whom had a terrible disposition...I expressed my dissatisfaction with no communication from anyone as my interest in a vehicle but I apologized to him and stated I wished to move forward...no response...I posted a review and was instructed to contact the general sales manager...which I did...no response...I've resubmitted my app
