AAA sent another company, who with a flatbed said we needed a tow dolly, the tow dolly could not do it, and so AAA called us up and sent your company instead. Your driver confessed after we gassed him up about how he must have more experience than the last guy that he'd only been doing this since February. Kudos on hiring such a gifted dude! 10/10 recommend these guys for tricky to tow vehicles!

I hope Ms. Smart doesn’t work there anymore. Terrible customer service. Terrible attitude. Overall terrible experience. “Charged” my battery just to say it was fine. Died the next day. Went to a place and they said my battery is completely dead and I need a new one. Save your money and time. Don’t go here.

AAA sent this tow company to get my car. I had asked Justin (employee at Mobile Repair Towing) if I needed to ride with him or if he could just drop off the car to the collision repair company and have them call me. He said he could no problem. Only when I called the collision place did they inform me Mobile Repair Towing told them I was not a AAA customer and demanded $350 for the tow. Collision place paid them and now I have had to open a claim with AAA to get reimbursed for the $350 I now owe the collision company. Scam service, dont use.

Excellent Tow & Excellent Service Experience: I broke down on I-64 this past holiday weekend and called Mobile Repairs Towing because I knew why I broke down (bad alternator), and knew Mobile Repairs Service would be able to repair my 2011 RAV4 when they reopened for business on Tuesday, so I had my vehicle towed to their repair lot. Roscoe, my tow driver, was amazing; he called me en route, explained that the spot I was in was unsafe, and gave me a ride to the safe place he'd told me to meet my daughter so we'd both be safe from highway traffic during my rescue. I think that qualifies as above and beyond, to be so considerate and safety conscious for your clients! Thank you, Roscoe, for your superior customer service!
