If I could give them a 0 I would. I came there to get my right front tire looked at for a leak. They found a valve stem loose and I went on my way until I got home and saw what looked like a chicken worked on my car. It is scratched all up and down on my fender right above the wheel and when I went back to show him, the guy almost laughed at me and instantly said they got nothing to do with it. He went on to mention I also got a rock chip so it must be a trashed car. He never once questioned or asked anyone about anything about it even when I told him I took a video of my car in the parking lot right before I walked in the store, he wouldn’t take the time to even watch it. I’m looking in further actions towards this place.

Noticed car was leaking oil due to oil pan plug was loose and appeared to be stripped from last oil change. If unable repair, I knew this was going to be cost thousands due to the level of work and the holidays being here. My brother personally referred me to his favorite mechanic shop “Mock Tire Country Club”. After dropping my car off, Travis called an hour later to inform me of the issue, that it was successfully repaired, and it only cost $87 which was the cost of the oil change! I immediately said he was “THE MAN” and he said “make sure you tell that to my wife, lol!” Trust and believe when I arrived I did just that, Travis is “THE MAN”! I’ve found my new mechanic shop and Mock Tire Country Club just won over an another loyal customer! I’ll definitely be referring them to my family an

Came in for an alignment then they gave me my car back after one hour and said we can’t complete the alignment. As soon as I turned on my car to leave the traction control light turned on and they said we have nothing to do with it. I told that rude Hispanic guy at the desk to give me a paper so I know why they couldn’t complete it, he said he will sell me the paper for 30 dollars ….whattt???? Unprofessional and that Hispanic guy is always rude. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. I went to the dealer and they said someone broke a piece while attempting to complete an alignment.

One of my favorite auto-repair places any where. The guys here tell you like it is and don't try to sell you on fixes that you don't need. They treat you with respect even if you know nothing about 🚗 cars. They give you fair prices on tires, 🛢️ oil changes and any other service you need. My wife and I have been going here for years. They also have a waiting area and parking, both of which are♿ handicap accessible.

They fixed my back brakes that were completely broken and rusted out, fixed my air that didn't work at all and did all the work for days and still accommodated my budget. I will recommend them to everyone I know. This is a Christmas miracle!!!
