Judy was initially helpful when I contacted her about the delay in receiving my car’s plates and tags. However, after our first conversation, she stopped responding. I called three more times, left two voicemails, and never received a follow-up. Ultimately, I had to reach out to the DMV myself to resolve the issue. I wish someone from the office had reached out earlier to inform me there was a problem. When I called weeks ago, I was told the delay was due to longer processing times in Virginia. I wasn’t aware there was an actual issue until I followed up again on my own.

I sometimes post on here about good experiences l have with businesses around town,but unfortunately, l had a terrible experience at Modern Toyota here in Asheboro that l just can't let go. Called MODERN TOYOTA HERE IN ASHEBORO a couple days ago about needing someone to explain to me about using a certain feature on a Toyota Product that l DID NOT but from MODERN Toyota in Asheboro. And it's a used car. The woman l talked to on the phone told me l DID NOT need an appointment for just a few minutes with a technician to explain to me how to work certain features. She told me to just come on in about 5 p.m.,and someone would help me. I had already been a while back, for a short "lesson",but still needed a little more help from a technicia
