Modern Chevrolet Service

Went in to get a sensor on a tire replaced and had to get my battery changed. My car display was working just fine. Get my blazer back, and the repair went fine, but the display does not work properly. Only can use it to back out. Cannot connect to see anything else. Explain that to me? Replace a battery only to not have the display not work like it should and after sitting for 3 hours, the techs have no clue what to do and say, "If they had a GM battery."

The Service Department added unnecessary upcharge services to my 2024 Chevrolet Colorado at my 30K service visit. I was able to identify 8 out of 10. 3 of them where duplicates, just worded differently. 2 of them where included in the purchase of the vehicle ( Was going to charge me anyway), and then there are two more that I did not catch. This type of upselling is unnecessary and unethical. I take care of my vehicles and should trust the people who sold them to me. I am doubting my decision to do business with Modern Chevrolet in the future.

I recently had my 2019 Corvette Stingray Z-51in Modern Chevrolet’s service department for routine maintenance. Mr. Barry Scott, service advisor, and Mr. Adam Culler, Corvette technician took great care to ensure my car was meticulously serviced and returned to me in pristine condition which was very important to me. Both of these associates I would rate exemplary. I very much appreciate their efforts and look forward to seeing them again for future service needs. Thank you Modern Service!

Monte Hall was great to work with, also Willie! Everyone at Modern Chevrolet from the sales staff to the financial staff were very nice and easy to work with during my purchases.

The service(oil change) was relatively fast especially with how busy they were. I like how they show you a short video clip of the work they are doing on your vehicle.
