I am an old woman (sang Bonnie Raitt) and had Modern Specialists work on my BMW x3 twice now. They were so kind to me. And when I say kind I mean truthful about repairs, very fair about the price and then just pleasant to talk with. I left with a smile both times. How many people say that about getting a car repaired?

We've been bringing our BMW X3 here for a couple years. They're reasonably priced (compared to some other shops in the area), quick, and you can typically get in for repairs the next day. I especially appreciate their communication: clear estimates through text messages, which you can either approve or decline, and records of past services so we can keep track what's been done vs not.

This shop does not know what they are doing. I have had multiple improper diagnosis from them and I am convinced they are not thorough with their process and more focused on making money from unnecessary expensive services. Sadly would not recommend
