I made an appointment a week in advance for a 9:00 a.m. alignment and arrived 15 minutes early. When I checked in, I asked if they could also look at my spare tire in the trunk, which was leaking from the valve stem, and they agreed. By 9:30 a.m., my car still hadn’t been taken in, so I asked how much longer it would be. I was told there was one car ahead of me that was almost finished and that I would be next. My car didn’t go into the shop until 9:45 a.m., despite having a scheduled appointment. The work was completed around 10:45 a.m. At checkout, I was told they checked the spare tire and dunked it in water but couldn’t find a leak. However, when I got home, it didn’t appear the spare was looked at or had been submerged in water at all, and it was still leaking. I also noticed on the

I brought my car in for an emissions test and was charged $20 even though their machine couldn’t connect to my car. They didn’t get any readings or stats at all, just said it “failed because the machine wouldn’t connect.” I understand technical issues can happen, but they didn’t offer to troubleshoot, check the fuse, or give any guidance, just told me to pay and leave. I later learned it’s likely a simple fuse issue, which they could’ve easily mentioned or helped identify. A little effort or explanation would’ve gone a long way.

These people are liars, crooks, and cowards, my aunt had her car towed for a no start condition, they did a "diagnostic" and told her she had a bad engine, low compression and timing chain was gone. Gave her an estimate of over 1600 to repair. I had her have it towed back to her house, It literally took me under 3 min to diagnose that the car had a bad battery. After replacing the battery and tightening up everything they left loose during their "diagnostic" (coils, engine cover, plugs and more, after telling her they put it all back together) we drove the car back to Modern Tire and I questioned the "manager" who was rude, defensive and wouldn't even give me his name because he knows he's a liar and a crook and they tried to scam a senior citizen and got caught.
