Duff and Rob are excellent they were so nice and welcoming and even treated me to another wash to help me get some of the extra stuff that didn’t fully come off! Definitely recommend going here! Service is great !

I came in today for a normal car wash and was pleasantly surprised with how well everything turned out. I was greeted by the most welcoming staff, and the General Manager Gary goes above and beyond. I was having a hard time in lot with the vacuums and he was able to help me within an instant, thank you Gary! I’ll definitely be coming back again!

I've been a member at this modwash since opening at our Hagerstown location, Duff has always been busting work out like nothing. He always asks anyone if they need help cleaning anything ok the car and even when very busy you never get the impression he is overwhelmed. Alway calm and a joy to talk with. His work ethic is by far the best customer service I experience when coming to modwash. Until today I have never given a review and although I was having phone issues before my coffee this morning and was unable to submit my review during the wash I had to keep my word by submitting my review when I got home because Duff took a few extra minutes out of his time to ensure I was submitting the review in the correct way shows the patience he carries. Thank you Duff for always being of service
