ModWash

I joined ModWash after becoming frustrated with long wait times at my previous car wash. Initially, my experience was positive. However, on the last two occasions I attempted to use the service, the location was closed without notice. When I contacted customer service (located in TN), I was placed on hold and later informed that the closures were due to utility issues. I was also advised that I should call ahead and wait on hold in the future to confirm whether the wash is open before making the drive. This is not a reasonable expectation for a paying monthly member. Customers should not be required to spend additional time calling and waiting on hold simply to determine whether the service they are paying for is available. Additionally, no credit or adjustment was offered for the days

John was really upstanding and had great customer service. But brody was a little weird but super helpful. Caleb tried flirting with me which was super awesome. Liam is a strange guy though but I can’t knock his business cause it really is great.

First off these people that own this place are nothing but a bunch of scum!!! They refuse to respond to emails. They refuse to call you back once your vehicle is damaged by them.! The damage even has the color of their machine paint in the Dent. The Dent is so high up that a car door could not even have caused the damage!!! There is a crease in the door right below the dent that if a car door opened into it would hit the crease first. The dent is 34 inches off the ground!! A Ford F250 pick up truck door is 24 inches off the ground!! They refused to cancel my account so they are continuing to charge my credit card!!! Do not use this place. $1000 to get it fixed at a dent wizard. They will not even respond to this feedback. But they respond to everybody else’s feedback!!weird, huh? Now they

Mod wash is SO much fun. I love coming here almost daily, however, I am getting slightly overwhelmed with the consistent ritual of the young men forcing me to consume an entire turkey before I progress toward the wash. It’s really becoming a bit much. Overall, the vacuums save my life on a regular basis. I have to keep hiding turkey scraps within them after I become too full, but no one has noticed yet. It could be worse, though!

Awesome work force! Cant beat it anywhere. Finn and Liam were absolutely amazing and treated me with complete hospitality. Definitely recommend and will be back soon!
