ModWash

I had a great experience at the ModWash in Plant City. The wash did an excellent job and my car came out looking spotless. The vacuums were strong and the whole place was clean and easy to use. What really stood out was the customer service. Terrance was the attendant who lined my car up before entering the wash and he was very friendly and professional. He guided me in perfectly and made the whole process quick and smooth. It is always nice to see employees who take pride in helping customers. Thanks to Terrance and the team I will definitely be coming back.

Love how easy it is. Customer service is great especially Hector. He goes the extra mile to make sure my Truck remains spotless. He is always having to get something out of the bed of my truck that I forgot and he does it with a smile.

Although I understand 100% of the bug tar won’t be removed from the car, I do expect at least 50% of it to be gone after a car wash. To my surprise this is the second time I’ve gone and both occasions the front of my vehicle isn’t even wet, let alone clean. It’s a shame I have to use their microfiber rags to clean the front of my car when I paid for a car wash to get most of that job done for me. I’d give the car wash 2 stars but they do give out a free car scent tag & the vacuums do a decent job. I never did a review the first time because I’m not one to jump to write a bad review but scrubbing my car down in this Florida heat after I paid $15 for a wash (for the second time) SUCKED

Best car wash around. The whole team works as one to make everyone's experience the best ever. They strive to meet all the demands of their customers. Ashton, Jamaar, Aiden, Yessica, Monseratt, Hector, and Terrance are the best !!!!!!

The best car wash in town, with the best customer service! I asked for an air freshener right before my car wash. I was parked cleaning out my car and a guy came out with like 6 of them and gave me them. They aren’t expensive either for the subscriptions.
