Started out great but... two gates to go through but you can only access one and the arm is broke so an employee has to lift it to let you in. The plate reader seldom works so an employee has to enter your info manually. If there's a long line, you have to wait when you could be driving through the members side. Also, the most important part, the brushes are no longer touching our cars. The hood, the windshield, and most of the passenger side of the car remains untouched. soap remains on the cars. Five stars to the Modwash in Winston. Not sure why Walkertown is different. Very disappointing when you're paying monthly for four cars.

So convenient! It is so nice to be able to pop in on the way home and clean the car with all the extras in the same place. The membership is awesome! I can go every day and the staff is so nice and helpful!

So let me start by saying that since I enrolled with mod wash unlimited package Armor all has never worked tires get no shine they look wet but it’s water from wash by the time you get home no shine.Brought it up to personnel and management and was told that’s the way it is. They don’t have armor all to substitute on hand. The tire air pressure don’t work.all the lines in each bay are tangled that’s a mess. I’ve been paying for a service that I haven’t been getting shouldn’t have to buy my own tire shine to substitute their advertised package deal.costumer service is a joke no one ever answers. so tried email no one ever responded.

We love the mod wash me and my kids! They have everything you need and it is always fully stopped! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! They even have a machine you can put your car mats into and it washes them!

Worst wash I ever received, came for the high reviews but the wash was absolutely horrible. I paid for the best package. Multiple parts of the wash was not working, got out and it seemed like oil was all over my white car as well. So not only did it not clean, it added its own oil/grime all over, Had to just clean the vehicle myself. I didn’t realize a car could come out a car wash worse than when it went in. Turns out it can. Unbelievable. Don’t use.
