Mom and pops on the go car DR. And mobile mechanic

This is my first time ever leaving a comment on a business but this business has left me FLOORED! So my sisters car went down and I paid to get it fixed on the 16th of this month he went to the o’reillys got the part and told me that as soon as he take the old part back they would send me the core charge back which is 40 dollars. Okay all fine and Dandy me and my sister go to look under the hood of her car a few days later he BROKE a part on her car and when asked about it he proceededs to say “yeah it broke when it came off and I didn’t have an other part to fix it” and I said “don’t you think that would be something she would like to know?” And then proceeded to ask him if he took the part back and he it was left in the back of the car and he would take it back Friday because he had to g

Pop just came and rescued our failed attempt at fixing the car ourselves. After many attempts, we just couldn't get the crank shaft bolt to loosen. We threw in the towel and called pop almost 9 pm at night. He flew in to our rescue within the hour. This man knows what he is doing around motors and taught us how to handle the problem ourselves if we ever find ourselves in this situation. Very friendly and reasonable prices. We will be calling them again for future needs!
