My wife and I were in Morganton visiting some friends for the day and our fuel pump went out. We had it towed to Momemtum because it was close to where we were. We received outstanding customer service in a comfortable atmosphere Heather and Josh were very kind and professional. The best part of all is our vehicle was diagnosed correctly, the part ordered and replaced and the cost was less than what was quoted. I don’t recommend breaking down 5 hours from home but if you break down in Morganton NC take it to Momemtum!

I called Momentum in Morganton because my wife’s Rav4 had a terrible high pitched belt squeal spoke with Andrew the manager of this location was told to bring it by so I did. Andrew told me that he would check the charging system, belt, and the pulleys and he would call me and let me know what they found could be causing the problem. They were very upfront and honest with me in my case the problem may have fixed itself but both Andrew and Luke did a fabulous job with checking everything out they were very friendly to my wife and myself. I am totally going back to momentum for all my mechanical needs. We had been in search of a mechanic we could trust for a while now and now we have one. If you need anything done to your vehicle I totally recommend this location it’s also very clean inside

I had my oil changed but realized my tires were bad. Had to go back the next day for the tires as they were not in stock. I had to wait a while to get the tires installed but they have a very nice waiting area, with water, coffee, and snacks for free. Very accommodating and friendly. I got my new tires installed and happy with the experience.

Love this place! They are very friendly, quick, and efficient! I’ve been coming to them with all my car problems for a couple of years now (and I had two jeeps, so that was pretty often)!
