The service was fast and at a reasonable price. I went in for an oil change but then asked about additional work such as testing the three year old battery as well as the rear brakes. The tires were also rotated. The additional work did not pose a problem for the technician. I am very pleased with the service.

Charged me 400 dollars for a battery change and to use their code reader on the check engine light. Issue was a vacuum hose popped off, super easy fix, which they charged me for. Never bringing my car here again, absolutely swindled me.

Brian was very polite and got my car in right away! Also went above and beyond to find a service that my car needed that wasn’t available at that location! Gentlemen in the garage were also great at explaining what was wrong and what was needed! Also considerate that I had another place to be after the oil change!

I came in to have a flat tire reviewed for fixability, and realized my oil needed to be changed, so had Monro change the oil, the air filter, _and_ check the tire. They said the tire should be fixed or replaced, but suggested I take it to the installer of the tire, which I did two days later.

Adam and Wayne, the mechanics at Monroe completed my service with honesty, integrity, and respect. They were efficient and professional. I will definitely return as long as they are there.
