We had a very positive experience at our local Monroe Muffler thanks to the manager. He was knowledgeable, transparent, and focused on getting the job done right without unnecessary add-ons. The service was efficient, clearly explained, and handled with professionalism. If I could offer one piece of advice — it’s better to visit your local Monroe in person. The main phone line doesn’t seem to connect you directly to the shop, and getting clear information that way can be difficult or impossible. Once you’re dealing directly with the local location the experience is much smoother and the way it should be. Overall, strong service at the shop level — especially if you’re fortunate to work with someone like Tim managing it.

I ordered new tires online and had them installed here, as well as had a safety inspection done. The manager and crew were friendly, fast, and excellent, and treated my EV with the utmost respect. Impressed with the completely reasonable costs and quality work. Appreciate it!

Charged me for an oil change. Took my vehicle in awesome condition, got home my car was leaking oil and smoking, a notification came on that the oil pressure was low after an hour and a half of driving…I pulled over there was no oil drain plug car. This may impact my engine.

Got and oil change, and tires rotation on my Jeep Wrangler 🚙. Didn't wait wasn't long. Had an appointment already. Took about 30 minutes. Very friendly place. Would recommend this place.

I like that a friendly person answers the phone. Professional and courteous and was able to schedule same day service. At my appointment they took the car in on time and it was done while I waited. Highly recommend.
