I stopped in the Monroe store in Butler to get a price on tires only, But after talking with Brian and the time that he took an information that he shared with me on a different options that we’re available different tires that could be ordered, It was nice to work with such a knowledgeable professional. Brian actually sold me a tire that I wasn’t looking for but fit my truck perfect, He explained all the paperwork, the warranty on the tires and how all the processes would work in case there was ever an issue. The tire tech who put my tires on my truck were very cautious and took their time to make sure everything was perfect. He answered my questions with no delays.. I normally deal with Firestone down on lower Route eight but from now on I believe I will be taking all of my business to M

I was a walk-in & waited only 15min when they drove my car into the garage. I needed a headlight replacement & prior to installation they fully explained the labor & parts cost. Only took a short time. This was my 1st visit to this Monroe & happy to say personnel was professional & friendly. I definitely recommend them.

Staff was nice but I'll never go back. Had an appt for an inspection at 3. I pulled in at 245 and my car wasn't pulled into the garage until after 4. My car passed so it didn't need any work meanwhile i still waited until after 5 to get checked out and on my way. Also they added some weird shop supply fee to the bill and had no explanation for it.

I've always had good experiences here. I've been working on my own cars for 28 years but I don't do tires or alignments. I like to stick with folks that are honest and just get the job done right the first time.

Got a brake job on short notice. The guys at Butler Monroe were great. Jeff got me right in and gave me options on three levels of service. Great service. HOWEVER, I have done my own brake jobs before and some of the pricing is absurd. $49 per axle for a floating pin service??!! Cmon moan. This should be part of the service for EVERY brake job!!! It takes 2 minutes per pin. That is absolutely outlandish and simply a corporate money grab!!
