I came in thinking I just needed an oil change. I left feeling like I had my faith in humanity restored. Jay didn’t just go above and beyond — he went full superhero mode. I swear this man must moonlight as a NASCAR pit crew chief, a therapist, and possibly a wizard. He explained everything like I was getting briefed before a rocket launch. He’s under the hood faster than I can open TikTok, double-checking things I didn’t even know cars had. When I say he went above and beyond, I mean he checked my tire pressure, topped my fluids, and somehow fixed my trust issues all in one visit. If Monro ever gives out employee capes, Jay’s deserves to have “The GOAT” stitched on it in gold thread. 10/10 — would absolutely bring my car, my friends’ cars, and maybe my ex’s car (just to make her jealous

Came up from Florida to abandon my mother-in-law in Russell, NY, and started getting a shimmy from the wheels. Brought the van to Monro to get the tires balanced, but they found a broken belt in one of the tires. They showed me the problem. I asked for a replacement. They had a tire in stock and they took care of it and balanced the other wheels anyway and in short order. Grateful for the friendly service and quick resolution to my issue. Also thankful they didn't just take my word that balancing was the issue and took the time to inspect for other possiblity. That action alone saved me time, money, and effort, and possibly from having to deal with a blown tire on the return trip. (Mother-in-law is safe with her other children that live here, she wasn't actually abandoned.)

Best experience ever. Was traveling from out of town when our car began overheating where we couldn’t even go a mile without the coolant boiling. It was a Sat and we thought we were stuck because nothing in town was open. Then we found Monroe. They had us in and fixed with a new thermostat in about an hours time. Excellent fast and friendly service!

I had an pil change performed at an out of state Monro and they had forgotten to rotate my tires. No big deal. When I got back to Mass I called Hanover store and they were more than helpful and got me in right away and Collin took care of the rotation super quick. Great service from those guys.

I have trusted Munro/Canton with all of my car’s maintenance requirements for many years. They’re the best! From new brakes, new tires or ordinary repair issues, they have always been fair, attentive, professional, courteous and knowledgeable!
