Stopped into Pikes Auto after my car overheated a few blocks away. Tony (?) took the time to look over my engine and corrected a faulty connection for my engine fan. Two hundred miles later, I’m still on the road (fingers crossed until I get to my final destination!). Couldn’t be more please with the prompt, polite and efficient service. Spots like this are lifesavers when in a bind!

I have taken my car there several times and have always been impressed. He always fixes things in a timely manner while trying to save you the most money. You never have to worry about him trying to fix something that isn't broken. Highly recommend for any vehicle work!

My experience at this establishment was deplorable at best . Giving it a single star because that is the lowest possible rating I can give. In my short encounter with the manager this was without a doubt the most unpleasant and insulting "costumer service" I have ever encountered. My friend needed his car looked at so I used a truck to tow his vehicle on a tow dolly. After vague directions on where to park the vehicle I had to back the vehicle into a caged parking lot with only one way in. After less than 5 minutes, avoiding traffic in a busy intersection and a woman who decided to park directly behind me then to the side of me, I managed to back the vehicle in by myself.
