Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers

Had to get rear tires mounted and balanced. Bought them at Walmart but was told by the techs that my rear lift point was entirely rotted out and that they couldn't do it. A week later, I took the tires to Monro and got an appointment for a half hour after I called. Dominick Grabowski was such an amazing help and just an overall good person! He said afterward that Walmart was entirely lying just to get out of mounting them. After the whole service (which only took 45 minutes), they also sprayed my car down entirely to get the salt off just to be nice. Such good people, truly. And the mechanic who changed them on did a fantastic job!!!!! Will be recommending you absolutely everybody and I wish the best for Dominick! :)

The service was great! The worker Bobby was the nicest. He was always kind and made sure my car was in top running order. He helped me find and figure out my issues with my vehicle. Very knowledgeable. Great prices and great service. Would recommend anyone to go here.

The employee, who was at the front desk, was very helpful and told me what the problem might be based on what I told him about how long the tire light had been on. He took me in right away and ran an hour test. Sure enough the problem was a sensor on one tire. They reset something and I’m glad it was taken care of before I had to drive out of town the next day. I highly recommend Monro Auto A+.

Beware, you better know about cars if you go here. I was a Long time customer but no more. New staff and management are disasters. Took my car for an inspection and the guy with the painted fingernails who does the inspection failed it stating I needed rotors brakes and calipers. Which was ridiculous because I had just personally changed my brakes and rotors a few months earlier. He then proceeded to show me a picture on his phone of rust on one rotor, it was minor rust on the rotor not where the pads contact. I could go on and on, but just realize if you take your car here they will try and do unnecessary repairs. I guarantee they get commission. Needless to say I took in elsewhere and it passed

I received an oil change, no appointment. It was a speedy service. A week later, my car was leaking a significant amount of oil on the driveway. I called Monro, and they advised me to get it towed back to them. I spent almost $300 towing my car to them. Initially, they tried to tell me there was enough oil in the car and that it was leftover from the change. But after I explained the multiple oil spots in my driveway, they looked in the car and discovered the drain plug had been improperly placed back during the oil change. They fixed it, but did not compensate me for the oil change or the tow truck. So, I'm happy they were able to fix their error before my car suffered major and dangerous engine damage, but I am upset about the $300 (as well as the day of work I had to miss to take care o
