Not thrilled with my tire swap. I ordered tires online and had them shipped directly to Monroe. I spent a couple extra bucks on nice tires and I had read good reviews about this place. It may seem nit picky, but all of the adhesive from the old weights was left on the rim, and one rim had a couple flakes taken out from where the impact slipped. Also, white weights were used in black rims. The rims are very nice looking from the factory, and when you look at them you see white weights on black wheels and a bunch of old adhesive. The tires were also aired up between 42 PSI AND 38 PSI, all the wheels were different. The suggested PSI is 36 for cold weather. For almost $40 a wheel, I would not go back to Monroe for tire swap and balance. I still have yet to drive it on the freeway, so hopefull

These guys were super polite despite my terrible attention span while I was there for a quick walk in tire repair service emergency. (I kept thinking they were talking to other people while I had my attention on my phone like an idiot) Cool team of guys; quick, polite, and even though I was there nearing towards the end of the shift they took care of me and my car. I really appreciate you guys and I'll be back for other services in the future for sure, they seem very honest about what they do. Thank you so much!

My vehicle's battery died, so I procured a replacement at a retail auto store; however, they were unable to install it due to liability concerns. I contacted Monroe and inquired about same-day appointments, and fortunately, they had availability. I dropped off my car, and they installed the battery promptly, providing excellent customer service.

Had tires replaced on my daughter’s car. Nick did a great job selecting tires at the right price point and taking advantage of a rebate deal (buy 3, get fourth free). Got me in and out timely.

Guys took care of me real quick. They are a good shop. Very friendly, saw them help out a bunch of people while I was there. I would definitely go back. Just make sure to ask for a quote prior to getting service.
