Had a great experience. Great staff. Fixed a leak in my tire. Very nice to deal with. Fast service! Had to return because I had another leak in another tire. The manager and staff are excellent and kind and friendly. They had me fixed up and put the door in under 20 minutes. This is a particularly good Monroe!!! The manager is an excellent guy.

Sully and Carter were both incredibly helpful. Got me an appointment asap and even allowed me to bring in my own brake pad/rotor kit to have installed. Friendly, helpful and accommodating. Will absolutely be back for future car services.

I initially went to have my front brakes checked. I was told by another mechanic months before that I needed new front brakes, but didn't want to spend the money at that time. Plus, I wanted a 2nd opinion, so I went to my local Monro to have them check it out. Surprisingly, they told me my brakes were fine. They did locate another potential problem, but it's something I can take care of. They could have easily said I needed a brake job, but were honest. There was no charge for their check-up. That's what I'm looking for in a mechanic - honesty... not selling me something I don't really need. I then scheduled an inspection for the next day, and they handled it with no surprises.
