Service was excellent and fast. You could tell there was great communication amongst the staff and the team was well led. They provided a lot of insight regarding suggested maintenance without pushing any extras. I come here often and always appreciate the staff and service.

Fast & friendly. I've been to other Vavoline locations and it is always a very good experience for a service i never want to bother getting done. Seems like a good work culture and a naturally friendly environment with classic customer-first-focused service.

Store 020005 - Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Dewitt I wanted to give a customer kudos to the shop today. I came in and got a full synthetic oil change and radiator fluid flush for my car. My tech was Chris L and he was fast, friendly, and smart! They got me in and out and I couldn’t have been more pleased! Definitely reccomend this to for oil changes and routine maintenance.

I arrived after close because my battery had died and I couldn’t get the terminal off. The guys didn’t hesitate to let me in. All smiles and having fun they completed the battery change, The terminal was extremely corroded and took a lot of effort to remove. I appreciated their attitudes and service , when they easily could have just let me know they were closed.
