I had an appointment at 11:30 for an inspection and oil change and told them I would be hanging out, waiting. It took them until 12:30 just to pull it into the garage. Once in the garage it took 1.5hrs to complete an inspection and oil change. I will find someone else next time. The price may look good before you start but wait till you get your bill and see all the extra "misc. service fees".

Received great service here from Nik and the rest of the crew! Nik greeted me with a smile, made accommodations to complete the job with my available schedule, had the work done in a timely manner, and notified me when my tires were ready! I appreciated his positive attitude and friendly demeanor. He is an asset to the Monro company and this location in particular!

Highly recommend! We developed low tire pressure on our road trip and were lucky enough to be close to Monro. We pulled in on a Sunday morning and Nick took us in right away. There was a two inch screw in the tire which they removed and plugged. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. I’m very appreciative to have found such professional and kind people to help us. John and the other employees went out of their way on my recent service visit. I needed a new battery, but my hood wouldn't open. It took a while, but they were finally able to open the hood, install the battery and jury-rig a cable until I could get to the dealer, at no charge. I highly recommend Monro and will definitely utilize their services again.

We had an unexpected flat tire the night before and were feeling pretty stressed about how we’d get back on the road. Thankfully, the amazing manager at Monroe Auto in DuBois, PA went above and beyond to help us out. He worked closely with the Enterprise manager and made sure we were taken care of right away. They got us in immediately, handled everything efficiently, and had us back on the road in no time. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to jump in when we needed help most truly made all the difference. I can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend Monroe Auto to anyone in need of car services. They truly care about their customers. Very knowledgeable.
