I went in with low tire pressure and no windshield washer fluid. They said I need 4 new tires and i said not today. When I left I still had low tire pressure and no windshield washer fluid. Now if there is one thing I was taught growing up is if you change the oil you rotate the tires, fill the fluids, and anything else that needs done. When I looked on the invoice it said customer refused. No customer did not refuse anything but 4 new tires. I will not go back again I will go elsewhere next time. Do better be better Monroe Muffler! Oh and the hood wasn't latched when I left!

I spent 600 dollars today to have them diagnose my electrical....they said 1 hr of computer diagnosis fpr 124.99 which ok but 2 and 1/2 hrs of labor at 174 per hr to have nothing fixed and still got charged.... guy moved slower then a turtle took his sweet time I highly recommend not going here this is the worst service ive ever had... very unsatisfied

They were able to fix the problem with my vehicle but I had to call and push to have it done. My vehicle was scheduled to be fixed on a Friday at 11. I brought it in on Thursday night. My vehicle was not even looked at until Sunday. They put the part in and I was able to pick it up at noon.

Always honest about their work and have helped me out more times than I’d like to admit. Warranties have made replacement parts be easily accessible and cost effective. Great customer service and communication

Tried to charge me $160 for an oil change. Failed inspection for an emergency brake that is fully functional, passed inspection at the next shop. then parked my car right on the edge of Seneca street with no sticker in the window. Shady mechanics, shitty customer service. Take your business elsewhere
